An electro hydraulic pressure controller PRO HY consists of a pressure transducer, which translates a pneumatic pressure into a higher hydraulic pressure and a precision pressure regulator, which electronically converts a preselected pressure variable into a pneumatic pressure with the highest accuracy. The maximum pressure range is 16000 bar. Fluctuations in the supply as well as changing flow rates are precisely compensated. The device precisely regulates a preselected pressure. The hydraulic pressure is precisely compensated by the feedback of the hydraulic pressure via a reference pressure sensor.
The system pressure display represents the measured value applied to the hydraulic pressure output.
The pressure preselection signal is represented by the internal microcontroller or transferred to it as an external analog preselection voltage. The actual pressure value is measured with a high-precision pressure sensor. The microcontroller corrects and scales the characteristic curve and prepares it for output via the interface for a PC or an automation device. The standard version of the device already has a USB interface. As further options RS232, CAN, Ethernet and RS485 are available. The communication can take place in all common protocols.
The pressure controller is supplied with a standard program with which customer-specific program sequences can be created. The program can be operated from any PC. Several pressure controllers can also be operated with one PC. The sequences can be stored on the pressure controller. Thus an individual test sequence is possible without a PC.
Suitability
The PRO HY is only suitable for operation with non-explosive, non-aggressive liquids such as e.g. test oil.

Manual / computer operation
The PRO HY can be controlled both in manual mode and in remote mode (PC mode). In manual mode, the unit is operated via the keyboard.

The keyboard is used for manual control of the PRO HY.
Programming
Up to 100 pressure points with rise/fall times can be stored in the device. Free programming of any sequences is possible via PC or automation devices.
